The Indo-Pacific sergeant has a blue tint to its dark stripes; the Hawaiian sergeant doesn't.  The yellow stripe is higher up on the Indo-Pacific sergeant as well.  

Reproductive males are very blue; these are protecting eggs:

Threespot Chromis

The threespot chromis can hide its spots and become a uniform black, as shown in the second picture.
