A relatively sheltered beach north of San Carlos Beach.

Street parking is pretty limited. Per Monterey city code, you're technically not supposed to load/unload dive gear along it. You're supposed to park in the Cannery Row parking lot across the street and half a block south.

The nearest bathrooms are a block up the hill at the big parking structure.
